Live the Life.SHOP is a virtual store that use print-on-demand companies to print out our exclusive inspirational designs, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Contact us at hello@livethelife.shop if you received the wrong or damaged item(s), please inform us within 2 days after receiving such item(s).

Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it. Refer to the process above to initiate the refund or replacement process.

Returns/ Refunds: Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged item(s). Once you receive your item(s), inspect it and notify us that you have received damaged product(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

* To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Include photo(s) of your incorrect or damaged item(s), your order number, and any other details you may have regarding your order.

* If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Once return is accepted, you will receive payment within 10 to 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns Shipping cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
