Please read carefully before making any purchase.

Live the Life.SHOP is a virtual store that use print-on-demand companies to print out our exclusive inspirational designs, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.

"US Domestic Shipping Rates and Processing Times”
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout depend the total weight/amount of your order. Delivery times depend on your location.

We’ve included answers to some of our more frequently asked questions below.
NOTE: Processing times are separate from the shipping times.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIPPING AN ORDER?

US orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days after all processing times (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
  • Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available after your order has shipped.
  • Please allow 10 to 12 business days to received your order after all processing times.
  • DELAYS: Maybe happen potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. (excluding weekends and holidays) 

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We are not perfect. We work very hard to make everything on time and make sure that our unique designs are printed correct before shipped.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

 - Processing time includes receiving your order, checking, printing, inspecting, packing and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you.

- Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped. 

REMEMBER: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

NOTE: In case if you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@livethelife.shop with your name and order number, and we will check it out for you.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

- We make every effort to process your order the minute it's placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes to your order can be accommodated more than 30 minutes from your transaction. 
Important: Once your order is ready to print out, we cannot make any adjustments to your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

- We work very hard to process your order the minute it is placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cancellations can be accommodated. We will do the best we can to help, however our system is automated and orders flow into large batches for delivery, making them unable to be recalled.
